Keys for Kids: A Dueling Piano Event

The Boys & Girls Club is turning up the energy to celebrate 15 incredible years in Pike County, and this time, the party is for the grown-ups. On Thursday, October 23, we’re inviting the community to The Social in downtown Troy for the inaugural Keys for Kids event; a 21-and-up night of music, laughter, and connection that fuels the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs. In 2024, the Troy Clubhouse became part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of East Alabama family, ensuring that young people in Pike County have a safe, engaging place to explore their talents, set big goals, and build their own great futures. “Our future is brighter than ever,” said Richard B. Curry, Jr., President & CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of East Alabama. “We have been quietly working behind the scenes to position the Boys & Girls Clubs for greater impact across Pike County. The momentum is real, and with young leaders like our 2025 Youth of the Year, Zyon N., a proud student at Charles Henderson High School, we are ready to show what’s possible when the community invests in the next generation.” The night begins with a special welcome from our Club members, but after that, it’s all about the adults. Picture two pianos, two outrageously talented entertainers, and you, the audience, choosing every song. From rock and roll classics to your favorite sing-alongs, the dueling pianos show is interactive, unpredictable, and unforgettable. Pair it with great drinks/small bites, good company, and the energy of Pike County’s hottest fundraiser, and you’ve got a date night or night out with friends you won’t soon forget. Every ticket sold and every dollar raised helps power the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs, keeping our mission strong for the next generation of leaders, dreamers, and doers.
